Previous knowledge of glabal politics and political theory is desired but not essential.

To introduce the students to the political phenonemon of poulism

Students will gain an understanding of the populist phenonemon

A range of texts will be analysed looking at the phenonemon of populism and its increase in recent years.
Students will be expected to be proactive and participative.
