COURSE CONTRIBUTION TO PROGRAM
The Leadership & Organizational Behavior course addresses the human side of enterprise. This course focuses on understanding the multi-dimensional facets and key processes underlying human behavior, how they affect key organizational outcomes and how knowledge thereof can maximize one's leadership effectiveness. By synergizing and applying knowledge about the processes underlying individual and group behavior, students will be provided with vital insights into the drivers of effective leadership.
The course focuses on some of the key issues that students, as future managers and leaders, will face, and the decisions and actions that are required to successfully manage individuals and teams in a variety of organizational contexts. To that end, particular emphasis will be placed on the factors underlying individual and group decision making processes, since these form a key component of leadership effectiveness and success.
