An attitude of eagerness, empathy, openness to collaborate and work hard (and have fun) for a couple of weeks!
Previous Knowledge
This course is based on a practical inductive approach. Therefore, previous knowledge is not required. Practical knowledge arises during the course, and at the end the students make a their own summary about their learning.
COURSE CONTRIBUTION TO PROGRAM
This course is essential to start developing a common language, a useful set of tools and a hands-on applied creativity process, that help the students better take advantage of the whole MIE program.
Course Learning Objectives
- Understand the links between innovation and value creation and the role creativity plays.
- Be able to design and manage innovation projects by actually following the path of a real innovation project
- Understand the dynamics of learning and knowledge management necessary for innovation projects.
- Know how to foster creative and innovative groups
- Develop communication and presentation skills.

Methodology
The methodological approach is designed to foster active learning and ensure that students correctly implement their innovation projects. .
The innovation project is the basic foundation of this course. The accompanying exercises and the actual practice are essential to generate deep learning. The innovation project presentations at the end of the course are fundamental to share different experiences with each other. Active participation is required from all students.
