Students need to have completed Integration Module II.

They need to have carried out personal and/or professional self-examinations (Myers-Briggs, SWOT and other similar analyses).

18 in-class hours
18 hours reading and independent study

The assessment criteria includes:
-To what degree participants are capable of developing their own Enneagram of personality types, describing their personal traits.
-How well they are able to formulate personal and/or professional improvement pathways through a Personal Development Plan.
-If they arrive and leave class sessions punctually and attend all the sessions.
-If they participate actively in class.

-Identify personal strengths and deviations from these
-Further students¿ knowledge of the psychological energies which comprise their very beings
-Apply teamwork in the professional setting
-Situate students¿ own leadership style.
