COURSE CONTRIBUTION TO PROGRAM

The aim of this subject is to help us to gain a better understanding of what our organisations will expect of us from an anthropological point of view in terms of our contributions and integration when taking our first steps in the professional world.

Course Learning Objectives

Organisations establish norms to regulate employee actions and interactions and to promote certain work flows, creating incentive systems to encourage the behaviours they feel contribute to achieve the desired results. Learning about and understanding what attitudes and behaviours motivate and demotivate organisations are particularly important. Identifying the management practices applied in a wide diversity of organisations to establish common guidelines regarding what should be done and, consequently, who should or shouldn't do it, is the fundamental learning objective of this subject.

CONTENT

1. Content

Analysis of management practices in specific organisations, especially in terms of the systems they use to identify their needs, recruit and select employees and orient these new hires within the organisations. This will allow us to examine how these companies establish specific patterns to evaluate and recognise future employees' talent and potential for growth.
