4. Day 4- June 10, 2016This half-day session is specially designed for participants to have an in-depth learning exercise and ¿hands-on¿ experience of cross-cultural leadership by means of teaming up with Chinese local members and exploring outdoors in Shanghai. In order to accomplish certain assigned tasks within limited time, these cross-cultural teams have to compete with each other and more importantly, to cooperate closely within the teams. In this unknown journey they are going to face challenges and cope with difficulties. Finally all the teams are required to get together at the ppointed time and place to present their findings, to compete for the champion, and to discuss wth the instructor major take-aways. |
