COURSE CONTRIBUTION TO PROGRAM

The Final Master Project is a consultancy study, delivered by ESADE full-time MBA students to selected participating companies with the collaboration of Monitor Deloitte.
These consulting projects will expose ESADE MBA students to real-life specific business issues in one of many areas such as strategy, marketing, innovation, operations,
organizational behavior or finance. ESADE MBA students have five years of previous business experience on average and, by the time they participate in the Final Master
Project, they will have already undergone 9 months of ESADE's world-class intensive MBA education.
Using a wide range of methodologies (the case method, simulations, business problems) they will have explored a broad variety of specific business situations related to issues
such as international business strategy, impact of disruptive technologies in Business dynamics, marketing analytics for strategic decision making, operations and supply chain
management, and corporate finance.
PARTICIPATING COMPANY BENEFITS
Participating companies will benefit from the fresh perspective and thorough analytical capabilities provided by the assigned student teams, at no cost. The project teams
will be guided and supervised by strategy professionals from Monitor Deloitte, the ESADE MBA faculty, and a group of partnering industry experts, who will support
the students as external advisors.
In each project, the students will explain their views on the specific goals that should be met to address the issue(s) under consideration, they will detail the supporting rationale hey used to develop possible solutions -including related research undertaken-, they will present a comparative analysis of their proposed alternative courses of action and Will summarize their recommendations.
