COURSE CONTRIBUTION TO PROGRAM
The completion of the "journey", is intended to achieve the following goals:
a. To contribute to the all-round training of students, complementing their theoretical and practical learning;
b. To facilitate understanding of the methodology appropriate to the professional reality in which students will need to operate, comparing and applying knowledge attained;
c. To encourage the development of technical, methodological, personal and participatory skills;
d. To attain practical experience to facilitate entering into the labour market and improving their future employability;
e. To promote the values of innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship.
Course Learning Objectives
The subject "Journey into Professionalism" proposes the acquisition and/or development of the following skills:
- To integrate both practical and theoretical knowledge of the various fields of management science;
- To understand the complex global context in which companies operate;
- To understand companies as corporate citizens and social innovators;
- To be open to a broad spectrum of interests and work on their human qualities to be able to lead change in their own organisation.
