COURSE CONTRIBUTION TO PROGRAM
This course is an introduction to organization theory, providing students insights into how organisations are structured , how they compete and how this helps achieve their goals. The course deals broadly with topics such as organizational design and structure, uncertainty management, culture, power and influence, and change management, and global leadership.
