COURSE CONTRIBUTION TO PROGRAM
The aim is to complement traditional management views with certain key concepts, including strategy, leadership and motivation along with an anthropological perspective.

Organisations and companies establish shared patterns in terms of both behaviours and beliefs. This common understanding of how things should be done represents the basis for what we refer to as social capital in organisations and culture in companies. Identifying how these patterns and shared understanding evolve, especially in times of change, is the key pedagogical purpose of this subject.

In-class exercises: 50% of the mark, including group presentations on the topics addressed in this subject.
