COURSE CONTRIBUTION TO PROGRAM

One of the premises of the BITLASI is that you have the ambition to address global challenges and be an agent of change in your future career. Being an agent of change requires to critically evaluate the world we live in, imagine how things could be done differently, make solid proposals and convince others.
Critical evaluation, building solid arguments and communicating arguments effectively are therefore key skills to acquire to become an agent of change.
In this course you will build on the skills that you have developped in the Epressive Clarity course to critically evaluate complex arguments on sensitive topics such as, for example, identity. You will also critically evaluate utopian and dystopian visions of the future are constructed. You will work on writing a report for an executive audience where you will have to lay out a proposal for change to address a societal problem built on argument and evidence.
