COURSE CONTRIBUTION TO PROGRAM
This course is a continuation for AI topics not covered in the AI I and AI II courses. It covers AI topics that are not based on data such as Natural Language, Complex Networks, Robotics, Reasoning and Search.
Course Learning Objectives
The goal of this course is to give students a view on the AI non data-based techniques (top down approach). Artificial Intelligence is much more than Machine Learning, and this course focusses on giving this wider view on AI. At the end of the course, students should be able to apply AI techniques (not necessarily ML models) to solve business problems.
CONTENT
1. AI Explainability |
2. Robotics |
3. Reasoning |
4. Natural Language processing |
5. Deep Learning |
6. Image processing |
7. Multi-agent Systems |
Methodology
This course will be taught by experts in each of the presented fields. We will have a combination of professors from different institutions teaching each of the topics.
Assessment criteria
The evaluation will be based in a group project on how to solve a business problem with one of the techniques explained in the course.
Also, in each session there will be evaluated activities. In some sessions, students will be asked to present an individual work. In addition, in some sessions studens will have to answer a test.
